김종준대표는 한국에서 대기업에 약 5년간 근무하다가, 1998년 George Mason University 에서 MBA 를 취득한 후, 페어펙스 소재 IT 업체에서 Finance Director 로서 재임한 재무관련 전문가 이자, 보험 전문인 이다.
“함께 잘 살자” 라는 모토로 누구든지 함께 일하고 싶은 직장을 만들고자 노력 하고 있다. 특히 보험 에이전트들이 많이 퇴직하고 있으나 신규로 보험 에이전트로 진입하는 이들이 적기 때문에, 보험/연금 서비스 시장은 앞으로 전망이 좋다는 전망을 가지고 있다.
또한 65세 이상의 폭발적인 증가로 메디케어 시장이 블루오션이라는 확신을 가지고 에이전트 발굴, 교육 및 지원을 최 우선으로 한다는 경영철학을 가지고 있다.
CEO Jong-Jun Kim worked for a large corporation in Korea for about 5 years, and after obtaining an MBA from George Mason University in 1998, he served as a Finance Director at an IT company located in Fairfax. He is a finance expert and insurance expert.
He is trying to create a workplace where anyone wants to work with the motto “Let’s live well together”. In particular, although many insurance agents are retiring, there are few new insurance agents entering the insurance/annuity service market.
He also has a business philosophy of prioritizing agent discovery, education and support, with the conviction that the Medicare market is a blue ocean with the explosive growth of over 65 years old.
